Wouldent a anery het hypo x anery het hypo produce ghost and I am talking about houndurans.
well punnet square it out you would definately get some hypos with hypos het for anery and you might get some ghosts if your lucky. Genetics has numbers and percentages but nature isnt always true those at all. but ya you have a decent chance to get some ghosts. hope it works out for ya
All the offspring from that pairing would be anerythristic. Theoretically, ¼ of those would display both the anerythrism AND the hypomelanism, making them “ghosts”. The remaining ¾ of the hatchlings would display JUST the anerythrism, but 2/3 of those (=1/2 of the total number of hatchlings) would be carrying the gene for hypomelanism masked by the “normal” gene. Since the animals carrying, but not displaying, the hypomelanism gene are indistinguishable from the “normal” anerythristic animals, we say that all of the non-ghosts are “Anerythristic, 2/3 (or 66.667%) possible heterozygous for hypomelanism”.
These numbers are statistical, and not all clutches hatch out to match the exact numbers presented here.
Hope this helps

ok thanks guys!
My sincere apologies I thought you wrote your hondos were hypos het anery instead of anery het hypo. So ya you would get anerys and anerys het hypos and that 25% chance of ghosts. Sorry again for the mix up with my reply.
