Does anyone know if speckling like this is normal on a stripe's belly?

But I had to get the cutest pair of BP's I ever saw. VMS did have some tempting snakes though. Were you there on saturday or sunday?
I was there twice on Saturday... once right at opening, and once around 1PM or so. Still came home with more snakes than I planned to... despite trying to plan ahead for purchases.
