BOOB eggs probability????

just wanted to throw a question out to the kingsnake nation....we bred our bumble bee male to our mojave female and got a small clutch(1st year breeding)with 3 good eggs, 1 boob egg, and 1 slug. we have hatches out quite a few clutches but this is my first TRUE bood egg. what have you guys experienced in the past with these eggs hatching if they are in fact fertile? thanks

That one looks pretty small...the ones I've had like that develop about half way and die. However, when the good part of the egg is closer to Ball egg size (around 3/4 for me) they hatch healthy babies.

I've hatched eggs out of eggs like that! The babies were small, but they hatched!

I agree, I've hatched a few eggs like that, the babies come out smaller but have been just as healthy as their larger siblings.

I have no problem with hatching boob eggs outside of the already stated smaller babies.

1/2 way there...

I had a 3000 female throw 10 slugs and 1 boob egg. So far, so good. It still candles good... It is getting a little moldy, but I have been wiping off the mold every week or so.
