Herps in New York City

Hi Folks,

I've got two lovely IJCPs that are about two years old and 4.5'. I am considering a position in New York City (Manhattan). Does anyone (a) Know what the herp laws are regarding these guys in NYC? (b) Know how difficult it is to find housing in NYC that allows two snakes? (If indeed it is legal)
