Red Axanthic Questions

bigbearhook Jun 07, 2009 06:29 PM

So I just ordered my first Het Red Axanthic(Pics will come after arrival) and I was wondering what's the deal with a lack of people working with Reds and Het reds. I don't hardly ever see posts about them and can't find hardly any combos with them. Are they just overlooked or what??? If you have any pics of Combos with them, let me know!!!

Most silver and black combos receive little attention until you make some cool combos with them. Most people are after bright colored snakes... I have always been partial to silver and black snakes.

There are some really cool Hetr Red/Red Axanthic combos out there. The Gargoyle (Het Red Cinny or Black Pastel combo) is one of my favorites...

Here's a picture of a Red Axanthic Pastel...

I personally like them, but am waiting on a clutch now to get my Red Axanthic. Here is a bad pic of my female het red female, which came from Ozzy, who is due to lay now. Keeping my fingers crossed for a few Reds.

I have 2 clutches this season due to be laid anyday now from my HR male to a cinny female and to another female that I will post pics of when they hatch.

That's an AWESOME combo. I love the ones on RDR's page. I hope to get a Black Pastel Female this summer to put with my HR male. I also want to see what happens with other morphs like mojave and YB.

The Yellow Belly Het Red already exist. A friend of mine in NC produced a male last year. It's a very interesting animal to say the least.

Do you have or know where I can find pictures?

You can find a couple of pics in their gallery on their web page, at the link below. The animal has a very interesting head pattern.
