yellow belly x black back?

what does that make if your black back is genetic? and yes some black backs r proven genetic.

Well...I would assume it would make a black backed yellowbelly, normal blackbacks, normal yellowbellies, and normals.

Unless it does something insane and you end up with something awesome.

well even if it doesnt do anything insane at least i might get a female yellow belly that i can bred back to the father and get ivorys

this is a cool idea... i wonder though - yellowbelly's seem to visualize stronger than most normal traits, and create more of a random uncontrolled upper pattern, so i bet it'll overpower the black back trait and wonk it up - maybe in a really cool way. that said, yellowbelly's mixed into other traits seem to throw a bit of a wild card, so even though a "black back" would just be considered the cool end of "normal" by lots of folks, maybe we dont know yet just how easy it is to combine this or that with a yellowbelly to help create the next superstripe. worth trying.
