here everyone is saying this place is loaded with snakes..BUT i have never in my life seen so many aduly men that are terrofied of snakes! nobody can tell me the spots but they all know there are snake everywhere...any help would be sooo appreciated...if you could email me i would be greatfull! havasubassmaster@yahoo.com does anyone here live out in yuma and might want to meet up for a road cruise?...im out here working four days a week and its getting boring....

Problem w/Yuma is the lack of suitable roads! There's also the big military "reservation" East of town and North of town as well. You're in probably the bleakest terrain around..even for the desert. Take 95 north towards Quartzite. there's an Imperial Dam Rd. heading West and another one just a bit further north headed West as well. I'm just using a topographic atlas as a reference..I rarely ever bother to herp when biz. brings me to Yuma.
