Cross Country Expos

RainDrops Jun 09, 2009 09:23 PM

I've got a question about if I'm attending an expo that's half way across the country. If I intend on buying a reptile there do I have to drive because you cannot take reptiles on planes? I suppose you could also ship them as well. I'm just curious as to what other people do. Thanks.

You can't fly your reptiles with you, or book them on the plane without an authorized shipper account, but you could use the ShipYourReptiles.com service to get it done.

You will need to use appropriate packaging, including an insulated box and a bag or deli cup for the animal, you could bring the box with you, or acquire one at the show.

You can either book the shipment in advance and bring the label with you, or book and print a label from your hotel.

Then just drop the prepaid package off at an Office Depot or Staples to get it shipped Next Day Air back home.

Check out the site or give us a call for more specific details.
