Does anyone know which morphs have the black beards on male BD's. I am currently getting my setup ready so I am deciding which BD I would want. If anyone can give me a headsup and which morph(s) have black beards I would appreciate it. Thanks.

All Beardies get black beards. Especially males. Sometimes it's a matter of degrees as some get darker than others.
Yeah to add on this a little since you seem to not know....the black beards are something they do when they are trying to mate or if they get scared. They puff it up and sometimes hiss. More or less they will jus puff up and then calm down. Depends on the beardie they for sure are different per beardie
I guess I should ask the question differently. Atleast one person seems to understand what I meant. I know that they puff up they beards and thats why they are BDs but I have heard people and seen videos of people saying that their BD always has a black beard and they look orange or red. I thought maybe some morphs intensify the black beard effect.
I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to beardie morphs. It seems that since so many tend toward lighter colors or reds and yellows, the black beard is less intense. The beardies I've seen with the dark beards are not pure crosses but old throwbacks to the normals or older sandfires that had darker skin underneath and the red scales on top. I have a couple of red males that have black backgrounds, but definitely red beards. Then I have a normal x sandfire that has lost the little bit of red color with age and has already had a nice black beard.
Maybe try the reds and look at individual skin color? (shrug)
The black beard on bearded dragons is not a morph trait. Its a species trait. This is why bearded dragons are called 'bearded', as when they feel threatened, showing dominance or in 'mating colors' for males especially, their neck and throat area turns black. To display this beard, a dragon will flare it out and gape.
Some morphs lack the pigment to produce a real black beard..these often show orange, but I can't remember the exact morph which has it like this.
