Sorry guys but I just stopped crying and

skyslinger Jun 10, 2009 07:59 PM

realized how fortunate and blessed I am to have had live babies and mom and dad are both healthy and will be ready to go this fall.

I got 12 slugs. . .

and only 3 babies. . .

I wanted a BW Caramel more than anything out of this pairing and told God that I would be happy with that. Well he gave me a female and 2 female parahets to boot because He is good to me.
I was a little disappointed but realize how truly blessed I have been in both boas and life. Here are the little gems. Hope you guys enjoy them and sorry to make you wait so long.

God has blessed you in a whole bunch of ways. If you really
think about it, you made a friend. Things that go down are sure
to come up, and with your kind spirit, GREAT THINGS WILL HAPPEN!
Its great to hear that the parents are ok, That means more next
season! Hope you are well

and support from everyone. I have made alot of good friends on here and those who know me would testify that I don't let things get me down too easy. I guess things have been going so well with all of the earlier breedings that I just took it for granted that the last couple (and most valued or looked forward too) would go just as well. That is the way of mankind however. I can not look back at this breeding season and feel disappointment. There have been too many babies and they have moved fairly quickly. I still have some nice ones to run here on the classifieds and my holdback drawers are looking really nice and full.

I will update you guys when they shed.

Congrats on your 3 healthy babies! I'd take that Paradigm over one of my babies any day!!! Just think next year could be even better, you have 6 to 8 months to beef your female back up!

Thanks for sharing,

Glad to hear mom is ok...it's hard when you miss out on the ones you were hoping for, but looks like you got three wonderful babies regardless...that caramel is going to be amazing once she sheds
