A lot of people have said they use 45 watt flood lights or something like that in their cages, do you just have them on in the day. Doesnt that create too big off a temperature drop. Or am i just way off on this one and am missing somthing.

I personally keep my 45 watters on 247.It seems to work for the monitor very well. Give your monitor enough spaces available to go away from the light into darkness.The way I see it is that youre giving your monitor options. Best of luck
