I use the Rep-Cal Phosphorus-Free with calcium with VIT.D and mix it with Rep-Cal Herptivite w/ beta carotene multivitamins. Is that good for monitors and should i use it every feeding?

Some people will disagree but i use vit/cal once a week for insect eaters. I use with d-3 because i do not use uvb lights, but i dont think that really matters much. If you feed hole food items like mice, chicks, or quail etc. then you do not need any supplement. Lose the dog food.
Rodents, feeder insects, diet done. No dog food, no organ meats, no ham sammiches, no whale blubber popsicles.
We do dust the feeder insects with Minerall wD3. The Rep Cal product is also fine.

I think insect eaters should have their bugs dusted and gut loaded. I gut load all my roaches and crickets every time. You probably don't need to dust every time if they are gut loaded. Some never do but they are usually also feeding rodents.
On a side note I ususally have 50 or more crickets in their own container with their flukers cricket food on the floor(they are being gut loaded). They are for the most part quiet, they have food, water and the opposite sex there at extremely close range, so there is no need for chirping. They are almost as quiet as the roaches.... well ok not quite that quiet
