Can anyone tell me the sex of my leopard tortoises?

They both look like males to me.

Agreed, it appears to be male. The tortoise looks pretty young. I would probably call it an immature male for the present. How big is it?

They are 6 to 7 inches I guess. Last year I noticed one mounting the other and thought maybe I had a pair. This year there was mounting but also head butting, so I am guessing that they are males.
