couple more clutches on the ground.

shannon brown Jun 15, 2009 05:50 PM

My w/c radio tower laid her very first clutch ever.I collected her in (04) and she was a sub adult then. She was a problem feeder from the word go and would only eat once in a while no matter what I tried.Even live earless lizards where rarely taken. At one point I almost stuck her in the freezer cause she was practikly skin and bones and seemed like she had no will to live let alone thrive.
For some reason ( can't even really remember why now) I switched her into a different style rack and tub across the room and all of a sudden she didn't miss a meal.Year and a half later she was fat as could be and did the deed this year.Male used is a f1 that Coach produced from two of his w/c animals from exactly the same spot.
Anyway, nothing special to look at but she is cool with her white borders.
One slug and three good eggs.

Second one is my Davis Mt animal.I figured she had 7-9 eggs in her as she is pretty large and already proven etc....She laid 4 huge eggs with no slugs.I guess they will just be large babies.
Male used is our w/c screamer.

Here you go Tood. Aaron and I collected this bad boy several years ago and he blows away most Observatory animals seen.
