Salmon Jungles het Sharp!!!

creptilia Jun 15, 2009 09:58 PM

It has been a great year here at Class Reptilia (thus far anyway)- every litter has been of modest size with minimal slugs and/or premies/deformities/stills. Suprisingly, the litters we have left look really good- what gives? Anyway, what I am most excited about is that this boy finally gave me a litter.

He is the finest Sharp Sunglow I have produced and is pictured on my home page of my website, as well as pictured in the Designer Morphs book. He has been nicknamed "Wow" because that was the first thing that came out of my mouth when I first saw him as a gooey baby.

I am also excited to have another Jungle het Sharp litter of different heritage since I first produced them in 2007- and Salmon Hypo at that. This is what I saw when I opened the cage. The dame is a EBN Jungle I acquired some years back.

Up close...

Here is a nice one...

We are all smiles over here. Good luck to everyone this year!

Looks like an awesome litter of Jungles het Sharp...

Is it me or does it seem the Jungles that are het for Sharp lack the wild pattern aberrancies that the het Kahl line Jungles do? I haven't noticed any really abberant Hypo or Normal Jungles het Sharp line, maybe it's just me? I think there may of been a couple aberrant Jungles het Sharp born last year?

I'll bet Larry knows?

Looks like theres some really nice clean Hypo Jungles for sure!

Congrats!

I am back from high school graduation festivities and have a couple minutes before bed. I tried to respond to Chaz's post on the amount of aberrancies between the Jungle het Sharps and Kahls, but the page expired before I was done. But basically, most of the Jungles I have produced have had low degree of aberrancy (whether het Sharp or not). It would be interesting to hear what others have observed. Either way I am very happy with the litter, as they are very colorful and clean.

Keep the litters coming everone! We have yet to see some killer combos this year.

Very appreciative of the kind works,
