You're a little late to the party. 
The snows have been proven out since 2007. Brian Barczyk was the first to produce them followed by Vin Russo several months later. I am unaware of any others that have produced them but I know there's a third person that claims to have one on other forums but has not disclosed who produced him. Based on what I know, there's only about 4-6 Snows currently out there that have been produced between 2007-2008. I'm sure you will see several more this year as a lot of people have purchased axanthics over the last couple of years to breed to their albinos.
