Congrats, looking awesome. Be hopin' for my own next year.

She looks so different in the two pics...but marks do show same animal... Man does that layin' take a lot out of 'em eh?

Both great looking snakes, Tim. Congrats again.

Very nice Tim!
Question... do you use the lids on the containers during incubation and does the lid come in contact with the eggs?

Excellent question, Tom -

I used a lid and had it rest on the top egg. The eggs were too tall to have the lid snap onto the container and not come in contact with the top egg. So I didn't seal the container, there was small a gap. I used "throw away" tupperware as an incubation box, so the lid was rather lightweight.

I asked because a friend of mine uses something like saran wrap as the lid too make it easier to peak inside without disturbing the eggs since those lids snap on they can jar the clutch a little.
Occasionally you get that tall clutch of eggs stuck together and in a small container the eggs on top are so close they can attract extra condensation and spoil.
Glad to see you didn't have that problem! Great clutch!
