I was hoping somebody could help me out, I have a 08 female black pine that hisses alot, and I noticed that there is mucus around the outside of her mouth, and occassionally she blows small bubbles out her nostrils, is that normal?

Sounds like a respiratory infection. You need to bump up the temps and get the snake to a vet to be checked out.
