Bathing maybe? You can give him a soak in lukewarm water, up to his shoulders. Put a rolled up washcloth in the water for him, to have something to hold on to.
Showering may be risky, I can see where it could cause respiratory problems.

maybe you mean misting him? jsut get a little spray bottle and lightly mist over their bodies and face. theyll usually lick the drops off their mouth.
