No babies for 313 days... so far...

boaphile Jun 20, 2009 08:47 PM

Well it's been 313 days since I last had my hands in baby Boa goo and I am really starting to feel the pressure. This is the latest season I have ever had, or I should say this is the latest season my Boas have ever had. Nothing I ca do about that. I took a couple pictures and thought I'd post them in lieu of some fresh goo covered babies.

Hypo Jungle female Het for something or other kind of interesting:

Mistico female het for who knows what:

Het for blurry I guess.

And last but not least. A female who knows. Well, female for sure. I got her to produce a perfect litter of slugs last year. Nothing this year. Maybe next. She does not hold still for pictures and she doesn't really like me much so, sorry they picture isn't that great.

Most I ever went was 310 days (BCI - BCI)

On My BRB's however, most I ever went was 355 days (brutal wait) The least (year to year) was 268 days, average for me is 314 days between the end of one birthing season to the start of the next.

BTW, two more litters due next Friday and already saw a waxy stool yesterday. More slime coming I hope!!!

WOW!!!

That's a long time without babies.

I'm sure you'll be getting some very soon. You must have gotten off to a late start with the breeding season. I'm sure all those little gooey babies will be worth waiting for.

Thanks for the help. It's day 318 now and the first one due isn't looking anything like she is intending to give me any relief any time soon.
