Super Red Brindle Black Rat

byron.d Jun 21, 2009 10:26 AM

Man I love these!!!!

My pair is a almost identical in appearance. My female has a little more black coming in but her ground color is the same.

These are 08's and are in the neighborhood of 30 inches already.

Of all my Brindles, these are the best I've got going - hands down.

Awesome. Amazing how variable these Brindles are. Mine are chocolate brown. Now that I've seen yours, I wonder what a Rusty Brindle would look like.

It's crossed my mind that these may be Rusty Brindles - or have Rusty mixed in there somewhere..... Unfortunately they came with no history but I was about to let that stand in the way when I was offered these.

All of my other Brindles are various shades of brown - some with a small amount or red but nothing like these.

thanks again.

Nice. Were they produced by you? Just curious what the parents looked like.

I got these from a friend - who I think got them in trade. He had the whole clutch and they were all very similar to this one.
