Are both of these good tank mats? the only difference i see is one sticks to the bottom of the tank and the other doesn't, or would it be cheaper to use flex watt in a 10 gallon. I have a Cobra mat and i haven't had any probs really, but without rheostat it gets to 140 surface temp.
