WILL IT AFFECT HER BABIES?? I HAD TO TREAT HER REGARDLESS I COULD NOT LET HER RI GET ANY WORSE, I BELIEVE SHE SHOULD BE CLOSE TO END OF TERM IF SHE IS ACTUALY GRAVID LAS SHED DATE 3/9

I had to do this as well. My fem was very late term huge number slugs 2 babies only.
Both babies would have lived had they been closer to term .
I'm certain of this !

most antibiotics are safe when being used (properly and not on a regular basis) by a gravid animal. id be more worried about the uri and the offspring, than i would the tylosan. not that i am saying worry about uri, just referring to the tylosan being not much to worry about

Tylosin is a macrolide class antibiotic and I have seen no information that would indicate that macrolides would interfere in any way with a pregnancy. Macrolides have been shown to cross the placental barrier in mammals, but only in low concentrations. Shouldn't be any issues with its use.
