If an egg lays out over night, do you think it could still survive?

They will be just fine.

What kind of vermiculite do I need to get? And how much? And will a duck incubator work? Sorry for so many questions. This is my first cluth.

get some stuff called hactch right it works good.
I dont have time to order it. The eggs are out now. Where can I get vermiculite? Lowes?

Josh, Lowes has the stuff but I have started to use the egg crate lighting stuff if you know what that is. It comes in like a 2'x4' piece and its made to fit up in the floresent lighting fixtures. It has like a bunch of 1/2" squares its made of. You can get that at Lowes or Home Depot too. Anyways I have great luck with cutting pieces that will fit down in the egg container, stacking them 2 high like that and resting the eggs on that with a quarter or half inch of water in the bottom. Not enough water to come up to the bottow of the eggs but just short of that. Sure works great for me and I dont have to worry about getting the vermiculite, water mixture just perfect and keeing it just right. Just keep some water in the bottom of the container and just short of touching the eggs. Works great.
