eggs...haven't done this in 9 years

casey414 Jun 27, 2009 12:06 PM

So the last time I was on this forum was about 9 years ago and I was really surprised to find that it is still here. I hatched a couple of clutches of eggs 9 years ago in vermiculite, so I'm not a newbie at this but I'm a bit rusty.
I received a new box turtle from a friend, put her in the pen with my others, and not even 30 minutes later she started digging. I'm not sure if they will be fertile but I'm going to give it a try.
My question for anyone who can help me out is the timeline for the eggs. How long until I can candle and see veins, see a baby, hatching, etc? I'm ok with the setup but don't remember all the specifics.
Thanks for any help.
Casey
