Might as well join in since I was taking a few for a walk today. Larger is a male Kitt peak and is a favorite handling snake. The small female is Chiricahua and I like her strange bands and colorful head.

I often wondered why they are not more popular. Inteligent, easy going, gentle, good feeders, just as pretty as an Abotts Oakatee corn (to me lol), small poops = little smell And it's been my experience that they display nicely. Mine seem less likely than a lot of kings to spend all their time hiding and a lot less likely to slither off when out in the open when you enter their view.

You have some nice mountain kings Joe. I really like the zonata you've been posting recently too.

Thank you sir. I am trying to build a nice collection of mountain kings. I too don't know why more people don't keep pryos. Mine are all mild tempered and stay out in the open more than my other snakes. (at least the older ones do).
