Unfinished Shed

thinkskink Sep 14, 2003 08:48 PM

My 2 year old BTS went through a shed cycle about 4 weeks ago. Usually he gets through it with no issues, but for the first time some scales remain on his head - from the tip of his nose to just before his eyes. Everything else came off fine so I thought I'd just wait and see, but it's still there. Is this a problem, or might it come off at the next shed? Is there anything I could/should to to help this?
Thanks!

This happened once to some of the head scales on my baby bluey. I held her in my hand and soaked the area with damp cotton wool. Then I GENTLY lifted the scales away with my fingernail. Good luck.
