Eastern closeup.

After admiring Don's Chesapeake animals below, it's interesting how the Va. Beach, Va. Chesapeake, Va. and Currituck, NC. easterns have simular looks to them. Here's a pic of my Va. Beach female. Wide white chains on a black body. The male's chains are even brighter white. Pics of him after shed. Steve

Nice Tim! Is that the same one on your web site? I've always loved the look of that animal. Those are easily my favorite Eastern. Although my NJ's from Will Still and my S. Ga from Kevin Enge are pretty awesome too. On second thought, it's hard to pick a favorite Eastern locale

Indeed it is. Formerly I had a photo of that snake in a blue tub. I finally got around to shooting it on a more naturalistic background.
