Perhaps you should ask Jeremy Peirce to repost the paper he wrote and posted about this time last year about "Polygenic Inheritance" I checked the archives but the text doesn't appear. If I understand your question, the simple answer is that f1 offspring will only be het for albino "amel" but it's not really that simple.
