This is this girls second clutch this year. She laid 11 the first clutch and this second clutch of 7 today, without ever being reintroduced with the male.

That is one beautiful girl. What bloodline is she? I had several pairs about 13 years ago. I got them from Jim Kane. They were very finicky for me. I had a hard time getting them to eat. They were not typical Pituophis. Has any one had similar problems with them? If so, what was done to correct it?

Thanks,
Adam

is from a small breeder out west, not from Jim Kane's line. I also had a couple from his line several years ago. Mine from that line were also problem feeders and I ended up basically giving them away.

Gorgeous cape Randy. They are really beautiful animals. How large are they as adults? About the same size as a San Diego Gopher? Steve

Thanks Steve. That female which is 7 or 8 years old is within an inch of 5ft.
