About a month and a half ago i purchased a young hypo hondo. I can get it to eat live pinkies with some trouble. It requires me placing the feeding tub in snakes cage and waiting sometimes a few hours. She likes to sniff and mouth pathetically wrap herself around it but makes no attempt to kill it. Eventually she just swallows them alive. She is about 16 inches long and just larger around then a pencil. I figured since she wasnt quickly and effectivly killing live prey, that i would switch her onto F/t ASAP, as to avoid future problems with potentially more dangerous prey. After 2 weeks of offering brained f/t pinks i have had no success. I guess i will just keep offering live until i get an idea that works. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.
