when my burms start hatching should i move the ones with slits and heads poking out to a cage or something? or should they stay in the incubator?

when my burms start hatching should i move the ones with slits and heads poking out to a cage or something? or should they stay in the incubator?
I keep mine in the incubator until they are out of the egg entirely.
What do you plan on doing with all those babies?
