Well after a long long wait and two months over due finally my long awaited wait is over. However its kind of bitter sweet 16 slugs 1 baby that is not moving. So we moved the aspen from around it a bit a noticed a huge yolk that was not absorbed
My question is should I just leave it alone until it starts moving on its own and will it absorbe the yolk on its own the humidity is high and should we raise the heat it is still set for the gravid female (its mama)? Any info would be great Thanks

The baby looks pretty good actually . All I can say is crank the
heat up so its 88* - 90* where the baby is sitting.
That should help it metabolize any yolk, hopefully it will gain
strength and crawl away from the remaining yolk
I'd Probably leave it for a while and let it do its own thing for 2-5 hours.
It is often easier to maintain warmer more humid conditions in smaller tubs.
So if the bigger cage isn't or doesn't seem warm enough things
might work better in a smaller tub container in a Rack.
If that's the case I'd get it into a smaller tub and rack.
In my experience heavy slug litter drop early (about 2 weeks early)
and babies are usually too premature.
This baby looks very close to term to me.
Hopefully he'll make it.

Do what he said, lol. raise the temps and let him be. I got a litter and pulled them too quick and a few died cause of the yokes. Let him be. Check to see if he is alive, if so raise the temps and let him be.

How do I check to see if its alive? I dont want to pick it up or mess with it to much it is also still in the sac should I open the sac or leave it be?

Leave it be let it alone leave it in the sack. If it lives great
if it dies it would've died anyways.
