Gopher pictures

Great Basin from Northern Nevada, I like how this ones blotches are cut in half in some spots. This one was found by one of my buddies however he is more of a Kingsnake guy so he gave me this snake.

Sonoran from Northern Arizona, caught this guy this week, cruising right next to the highway. . .he would have been squished for sure going the way he was. Was a good night also found a Glossy Snake, Western Diamond Back, and a Mojave but It seems like every time I forget the camera I see all the cool stuff and when I do have it I dont see anything.

The Albino is either a SD Gopher or a Sonoran never really figured it out.

Grea pics, man. All Pits rock, but it's always great to see pics of Gophers. That albino looks Sonoran. Very nice looking.

That Nevada example looks like this one that I found aboout 100 miles northwest of Las Vegas last month:

A few years ago I found this one a half hour south of Vegas - it was my first wild Great Basin I've ever seen. It had some reduced pattern/black coloration:

You've got some nice stuff!

The Great Basin was found North East of Las Vegas. That second picture you posted is killer.

Might be going out to Arizona this week as well as NE Nevada, I wont forget my camera this time.
