Black Dragons

panhead Jul 04, 2009 11:34 PM

I just got these two adult "black dragon" water monitors in last week. They have been in captivity for a few years and have bred & layed eggs in the past from what I was told. The eggs were not found in time so no babies so far. They both have a fair amount of "battle scars" from the wild but are otherwise good, robust lizards. Both of them are a little flighty but not overly agressive. I am planning on converting a smaller room in my pet store to display them in and hopefully get them to breed. Water monitors are my favorite lizard. Just look at my logo. LOL
Hope you enjoy the photos.

Glad to see adults. I feel in LOVE with a baby last year at Daytona!
