Have either of you run a fecal on your animal(s)? I tried to do one today and I've been having some seal issues because of my slide covers. I'm getting new ones asap but until then I was wondering if you guys have done any testing.

I ran a few slides with the first poop and I did see one circle with a thinner wall than the bubble it was near but there was not really any symmetry. It could have easily been a smaller bubble with debri. I should have tapped the slide a few times to see if it deformed or split but I wasn't thinking quick enough. It did not resemble any oocysts I am aware of, but I figured I would bring it up anyway.

I pay Dr Barten for that man but unless I see a reason for it I am not going to run anything. They are imports but they are CB. They could have picked up something along the way but unless I get a regurge, runny stool, or smelly stool I am not going to stress them or me with going to Steve. If you think you see something maybe we can work something out to have you run by dr. Barten and have his techs look it over and split the cost. Meanwhile I am just itching mosquito bites from Friday. HAHAHA

Check everything man. You know I've had surprises with zoo stock animals that were vet checked upon exit.

My new slide covers should be here soon and the snake at 3 small hairless mice last night so we will do round two. I might end up holding off tests until I get a centrifuge though because I guess thats the new standard.
