About time I made a contribution here and finally got around to taking some pics. Here's my two year old. Maybe not a prize winning Deppei, but a heavy duty snake with a great attitude. He's about 5 1/2' now and very heavy.

Wow, a beautiful and very impressive animal. What shocked me is when you said it was two years old. I thought d.deppei and d.Jani would take a while longer to reach full size then other pines. Awesome animal. Steve

Thanks Steve,

Funny, got this '08 female that is a very fickle feeder and growing very slowly. She ate two meals when I first got her and then I noticed some old shed on her tail and had to handle her enough to oil it and next day work it off. She gurged half of her next 2 pinkies and has been a pain since. But, she seems really healthy and is showing some awesome potential for yellow...we'll see. But she better put some on before I set her up with the big male or it's gonna be a tough honeymoon

Waddya mean? Just being Pituophis makes it a prize winner by default. Nice pics.
