I just wanted to say thanks, to this forun. You all pointed me in the right direction, when I was thinking of breeding mice. I read all the pros and cons about breeding mice and said to myself,"what the heck." I had started my first colony in a 20 gallon, but because of you, I built my first breedng rack. I have my mice at 1.4 and all are doing well. All of my mice have had 3 clutches of 13 or so pinks. I haven't lost one baby yet, knock on wood......
One of my mice had 15 baby's TODAY and another is due any minute. Some of the others are due maybe by the end of the week..............
P.S. - Keeping and breeding mice is just as fun as keeping Reptiles...................................
