Just some show off pics.... DUW

Out of boredom, I decided to shoot some pics today. Been kinda depressed about how my breeding season went this year. I had 2 litters, both of which BOMBED. My litter of Albino Motley/Besques was born stillborn, then 3 weeks later my litter of albino motleys caused the female albino to get eggbound and pass away during birth, losing mom AND babies is a HORRIBLE feeling that I hope nobody ever experiences.

So in order to stop thinking about this season, I started thinking about NEXT season and snap some pics, which makes me happy! lol

First up, I will start with my hypo motley male. He's a 2008 that was produced by Shane Kinney and is 100% het Lipstick. Shane thanks again!!!!! He's killer!
Here he is as a baby, photos courtesy of Celia

and now here he is as an adult, only a little over 14 months old, with still a few more months ahead of him before a date with a hottie, and I do mean HOTTIE!

Maybe Im just playing favorites, but I think he's one of the best looking hypo motleys Ive ever seen, and het lipstick to boot! Held his pattern nicely!

Here is a few pics of his hottie girlfriend I just mentioned. She is a 2005 "coral" sunglow produced by Damian Salgado. I dont know how strongly I believe in the coral, but she's definately a looker in my book. I think this pairing will throw some KILLER sunglow motleys!

Next up is a 2007 CORAL arabesque, now this is what corals are supposed to look like! Unknown who produced her, but I think I have her pinpointed to the litter of albino motley/besques by Mark Hauge in 07. She will not be breeding this year, still has some growing to do

here she is as a yearling when I bought her-

and here she is at almost 2 years old, about 4.5 feet, the coral is fading slightly, but still a SMOKER in my book, gonna have to work hard to find a worthy male to introduce to her, any suggestions!?

Next up is a 2007 Hypo Motley 66% het albino, produced by Chris Nicholas. Thank you Chris, she is an AMAZING eater! More like a garbage disposal. She has the size to breed already at 6' and around 11lbs, but I have decided to hold her off until next year when she will be 3.5 instead of 2.5. Plus I figure, the way she eats, shes bound to be HUGE next year, and a monster hypo motley female would be nice to have around. Notice the dark blotches on her side. Some people have said this is a sign to determine hets from non-hets. Anybody have any insight on that? She has huge blotches like that all the way down her body.

This next one I produced myself back in 2006. Shes an argentine/colombian cross het albino. And I swear if it wasn't for the fact that I know what her parents were, I would swear she was the spawn of Satan himself. Meanest snake I have ever layed my eyes on. She has a date with a salmontine het albino in a few months. Should be cool
Here she is at 2 years old, look how RED she was, I hope it carries out in the babies

Now at 3 years

After seeing Jeremy Stones sunglow argentines, I cant wait to see her litter

And here is a pic just for fun, Had it done at 6 Flags, they have some amazing artists! Its me with an albino boa around my neck! I think it turned out kinda cool! Notice the shorts!!!!! lol, hearts and sunflowers, I didnt know about that part until after I was allowed to get out of the chair! LOL

Not too far off either! Heres the real thing, except that Argentine around my neck is the mother of the argentine het albino above. She was a BIGGUN!

Enjoy and hopefully next season will bring me better luck than this past season did

Sorry to hear that your season came out so poorly. Great attitude to look forward to next year. Lovely looking ladies you have there and the first male is awesome! I really like the argentine in the last photo with you. I think that they have an awesome natural pattern.

Best wishes for next year!

That first hypo motley really does have a great pattern and the coral arab. is insane! (nice caricature too, not often you see one with a snake)
