More than just a peak

AbsoluteApril Jul 07, 2009 11:01 PM

Last time I only posted a sneak peak of my red group jungle gal, decided it was time to post a couple more pics. I tried some outside pics, still not great but getting there...

Meet Julie the Jungle Queen (character from The Maxx comics)
She's an '08 model by Brian Logan, mom was a nice red group (EBV) and dad was a jungle poss het albino (D. Yagi). I auto-corrected levels and her tail came out too red, the other pics are more true-to-life

Here she is with her future boyfriend, Kirk ('08 red group jungle by Matt Crabe, mom was a hypo red group and dad was a jungle). Kirk did not want to sit still, it was his feeding day and he knew it.

In your opinion, would you call these mid-grade or low-grade jungles?

Thanks for looking!

Looks like a Normal Expression Jungle. (Upper Mid Range).

I look at the saddles and how much Jungle influence that they have.....

And the Reddness of the tail.

The Important thing is.... You can make Nice Super Jungles with those.

I sure hope so. I wanted to make sure and get both jungles that came from red group lines in hopes they will make some pretty neat looking kids. It'll be years before I find out, but it should be fun.

I sure do love Jungles ! They look great April
Julie the Jungle Queen has nice colored tail and stripe

I would say " Mid grade" April . If cleaner and or more colorful
higher mid grade to high grade (IMO)

Thanks Larry!

I thought they had nice tails that would compliment each other. For some reason I really like the speckles on jungles but I did think that made them more of a low-grade version. I am so happy with them and glad I made the plunge to have jungles of my own.

Take care,

I am really really glad thatyou are happy with your Jungle. I8 would say mid or normal expresion. It seems that from my own experiece with this red group jungle litter and the others I have seen, low amounts of abairences were the norm. Maybe future red group x jungle litters will change my perseption. One thing that is for sure though is that red groups are beautiful animals, and so are jungles, and the animals from the cross are very interesting and beautiful babies,

here is the most abbarent from the litter

again very glad that my animal went to a great owner.
great potential from those two.

I agree completely and I cannot wait to see some future red group super jungles!

Awww, that's so nice of you to say, thank you.

Have a great day and thank you again for my little gem of a jungle, I couldn't be happier with her.
