Very nice
Thank you so much everyone for the nice comments. I will post good pictures when they shed, but here is a picture of my 04 T plus female, my Jungle het T plus male and a quick shot of a new born Jungle and a T pos Jungle. I don't know my final count, but the great thing is there is no doubt which are Jungles. They stand out like a sore thumb.
A little background; Around 2002 or 3, I was fortunate enough to visit Tracy and Dave Barker and view their collection. Tracy is showing me the collection and opens a jumbo freedom breeder drawer, within which was the best looking boa I had ever seen. It was a good 7 foot long T plus female that was unlike anything I had ever seen. I was so impressed that when I returned home I called Tracy and said I had to have one. I bought a male and then in 04 was able to squeeze/purchase a female from Tracy. My male maintained a very normal T plus look, but the female developed this fantastic ground color with beautiful pink and orange highlights. She became my favorite boa. I have had bad luck breeding boas and this girl was so pretty I just did not want to take a chance with her till 07 when Jeremy Stone offered me a great looking Jungle male het T plus with tons of color. I have noticed that some het T pluses are just loaded with color; great boas without even considering the gene they carry and this Jungle male was one of those. I knew when I bought the male Jungle het T that I had to put the two together. So, last year I introduced them, the female ovulated and the POS due date was 7/12/09. She looked great and I felt sure she had viable babies in her, but I have bred Jungles before and been disappointed with the outcome; very little aberrancies and difficulty telling the Jungles from the normal’s. I was thrilled when I looked in her cage today; babies everywhere and lots of Jungles with very strong aberrancies. Female breeder and babies are doing fine and all is right with the world tonight!

when a six year project comes to fruition. And the outcome looks like those!!!!!!!
Wow
It is almost like the T positive enhances the jungle gene in some manner.
The male threw some nice abberancies.
Congrats

Ron,
Thank you. I think the only thing better would be if the male Jungle had been a hypo also. I can't wait to see pictures of your hypo VPI T Plus after shed and a little growing time. I think as they mature they will be off the chart. Congratulations on those.
John Manser
What's it feel like hitting the jackpot like this? Man o man those two babies are perfect!
