My fiance and I have two colonies currently set up (Blizzards and Alb. Lucy)with 1 male to 3 females. We are using the sterilite containers (18x24x6 roughly) and this is fine for both groups. However, I would like to have a more visible set up that doesn't get "lost" in our reptile room with all of the colubrids and balls in the same sterilite containers.

I really like the Exo Terra Terrariums, but they are pricey. The Visionariums look great, but I haven't heard much about them and they are also kinda pricey.

I thought I read once that regular aquariums where you reach in from above scares the leopards (justifiably, can you imagine a giant hand reaching for you from the sky?!), so I think I would like to avoid the standard aquarium.

Any ideas? Comments? Suggestions/tips?

I'm not sure how it is for everyone and i did have one that was spooky but she was a rescue, but the one i raised from a baby is so used to being handled that she doesn't mind someone reaching in as long as you don't do so aggressively, she just kinda looks at my hand and walks toward it to be held. But i can under stand that with the whole breeding thing they wouldn't all get held everyday like mine usually is, but i don't think they see it any different then a hand coming at them from the side i mean its still a giant creature after them lol, as long as i give mine time to see that its my hand and i don't just grab her before she can process its me she doesn't mind.

I like all the floor space the regular aquariums give you, because to get an Exo Terra Terrarium big enough with plenty of floor space for them it definitely does get expensive!
