Neodymium Bulb

The Neodymium full spectrum reptile bulb from Walmart, will this work for turtle lighting care? I understand that they need UVB rays, but the packaging does not say either way. I was curious if anyone knew anything.

"Full spectrum" doesn`t mean UVB. If it doesn`t specifically say on the package that it provides UVB rays, don`t get it (at least for that purpose).
