HELP! Stolen SAVANNAH monitor from TEXAS

opisthoglyph Jul 12, 2009 11:03 AM

My Savannah Monitor was stolen from my backyard on friday July 10. I had reason to believe it would be sold at the Arlington reptile show but didn't see it there. He is full grown (sorry no exact length but i have photos to confirm pattern). If anyone has had a savannah sold to them recently from the Dallas/Ft Worth area please contact me.

Thanks in advance

From your backyard? Any more details than this? Was it in a herp building, outdoor cage, outdoor pen....

How do you know it wasn't an escape?

My vote is on escape from an unsecure cage. Or captured and eaten by a local predator such as a neighbors dog, cat, a coyote, etc.
But yes, much more details than just assuming it was stolen, what leads you to believe that? Was it roaming loose, in a cage, show pics of the cage.
