btw I just sent you some info but looks like you did alright, I'm very courious to see the outcome of those eggs, I thought I'd be having twins but you looks like you almost certianly will be. JB

You know, I've never seen anything like it. I am worried though that it hasn't turned that bright white that you want to see. When I see that gleaming white, I know it's just a matter of time but the larger one just ain't there yet. I am going to mix up some slightly less moist vermiculite and move them although I really don't think that's why it hasn't turned white yet. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Good luck.... I am skeptical that they may not be fertile but don't toss them out on my opinion........ (as noted the color is off and they have those restrictions along the length of each egg which is abnormal)

Keep us posted

Thanks Ginter for the advice, the color is not good on the long one but I will hang on to hope. I knew when I first looked into the nest box that they were abnormal and most likely defective but still if they do hatch it will be something. I got five good eggs fron a pr of Ruthveni from T.V. & R.A.Y. and they really look sharp, bright white and swelled out. I got three more huge eggs from another pr of Ruthveni from D. Boyle, they look aberrant but very healthy. I will try to post a pic of them too. I think they are 5.5"
