Hatchling Tessera Corns

Gsc Jul 14, 2009 08:54 AM

Here's a quick pic of some hatchling Tessera Corns. They are the newest corn gene and the FIRST dominant gene to be discovered! We've discussed them on here before...just wanted to share a few pics!

Tessera has to be one of the most interesting and exciting things to hit the corn snake world, at least to me.
I can't wait to work with them.
Of course for me they will have to become more mainstream before I can aford them.
But the possibilities are staggering

Graham,
Again, those are absolutely amazing animals!!!
Are those the first 09s?
It looks like 2 are dark redish brown and 2 are lighter redish brown or is that just the lighting and flash?

Hey Jeff, Yep- those are fresh '09's. The color difference if probably the flash (I'm a horrible photographer)...plus one or two may have still needed to shed.

Thanks!

Those are pretty, they almost look like garter snakes with corn heads.
