masterfun40 Jul 17, 2009 06:34 PM

ok so i'm just getting into hots i currently have (hot wise)a false water cobra 2 male western massasauga rattlesnakes and a southern copperhead but i would like an eyelash viper they are in the top 3 favorite snakes of mine i absolutly love them! and sombody on the forums said theyed be a good starter hot is this true? ive also considered a popes viper and maybe a whit elipped viper but eyelashes are my favorite what are the differences between them all id prefer somthing with a lower toxic venom just for the fact that i am still starting off and i cnat seem to find any websites saying anything bout the affects of a bite form any of those or the toxicity of them so any info would be very much appreciated

thnx -josh

It is not about the toxicity of the snake..Go to venom doc .com that will give your answer. The most dangerous snake is the one on your hook. The deadlyist venom is the venom in your system Dont play with your snakes get a mentor be safe in all aspects of keeping and handleing you will do fine.

Tree vipers hook really well. That the problem they'll climb the hook on you. Also they have a long reach!! Fang length is rather impressive as well. Be safe.
