i posted yesterday that my 4 hatchlings have not eaten in a month. well everyone said to feed them baby mice and was going to tomorrow but by some miracle they all ate except one so im thinking and tell me if im wrong that they can continue to be fed rat fuzzies? im so happy that most ate! how often is normal a hatchling eats??

Congrats that they all ate. They should be able to stay on rats with no prob. I usually feed my babies every 5 days till they are a bit bigger than go to every seven.

My experience has taught me that usually the first meal is the hardest. After you get them to take their first meal, you should have little or no problems getting them to continue to feed.

Congrats! I'm happy to hear that they finally ate for you.
