Bcc or Bci?

Hello,
I'm not really into boids (more of a milksnake guy) but I rescued this boa constrictor from the neighbor of a co-worker who was keeping it in an unheated aquarium, using grass clippings as a substrate, and attempting to feed it dead fish. I've cured her of a mild respiratory infection and mite infestation, and just today got her to eat a small f/t rat. I'm still not 100% sure of which subspecies she is, though... I'm thinking Boa constrictor constrictor. Maybe someone with more knowledge of boas could help me figure out which subspecies she is, and maybe make an educated guess with regard to country of origin?

Thanks,
Nate

That looks like boas I've seen in southern Mexico and Central America, which makes it B.c.i, but I thought Bci had a conspicuous cross pattern on the head?

Post this on the boa forum and someone will be able to pin this down.

That is certainly a very beautiful BCI. Give her a good home and she will reward you with many years of happy snake keeping. Bill
