i would not! if the milk is bigger than the bull it may find itself a good meal. even if the bull is bigger it is not wise.

the bull snake is way bigger though. surely it can fight back?

I really, REALLY, hope you are kidding and this is a big joke. If not, then you really need to look over natural biology again. Snakes are perfectly designed for eating other snakes. Lampropeltis, such as kings and milks, almost exclusively feed on other reptiles. They eat what they can get, whether the snake is smaller or larger than themselves. What could happen is your milk will try to eat the bull and both will end up dying as the milk will choke on the bull. As for fighting back, that just sounds ridiculous as then you would lose a milk if it did. Have a nice day. Andy

eastern milks are the least ophiophagous of the lampropeltis and this one is only a yearling. it's not a king who, in the wild, prefers to feed on other snakes. there's absolutely no way it would be able to get its mouth around this fat pituophis' head, however; damamge may be done if the little one decides to start constricting. i was worried at school today and promptly removed milky from bully's enclosure when i got home. the occupancy was only for 24 hours. I have a seperate tank now. thanks

Key word...LEAST ophiophagus. Doesn't mean it still wouldn't happen. Even corn snakes are known to eat each other. Why wouldn't any other snake? Andy
